      <image:caption>Ida: Embodied yogi, kreativ småbruker og hundemamma Ida begynte sin oppvekst i Ullevål hageby i Oslo og flyttet senere til et småbruk noen timer utenfor Oslo med familien sin. Fra hun var liten likte hun å være i naturen, var opptatt av planter og har mange gode minner fra hagen med blomster og frukttrær i Ullevål Hageby til småbruket på landet hvor hun hjalp til å luke og høste grønnsaker. Som liten likte Ida å løpe, sykle, danse og bruke kroppen sin og har alltid sett for seg at hun ikke skal ha en stillesittende jobb.  Etter videregående på tegning, form og farge ble det endelig en hverdag med masse bevegelse på danselinja på Sunnhordland folkehøgskolen. Der praktiserte hun også yoga og pilates. Selv om drømmen var å fortsette og danse ble det bare en hobby videre ved siden av sosiologi- og samfunnsøkonomistudier på NTNU. Litt ut i Bachelorgraden tok Ida et semester i India. Under oppholdet begynte hun igjen med en regelmessig yogapraksis. I flere måneder startet hun dagen med yoga på takterassen med sin indiske yogalærer.  Noen år etter dette oppholdet hadde yoga begynt å vise sin magi, og Ida hadde blitt lidenskapelig opptatt av denne praksisen. I 2011 brukte hun hele sommerferien sin på å studere yoga og fordype seg i sin første 200 timers yogalærerutdanning. Et halvt år senere begynte hun å undervise og arrangerte yogakurs. Siden den gang har hun undervist flere klasser i uken, tatt flere yogautdannelser og kurs og har over 1000 timer med utdanning. Hun føler seg mest hjemme er i retningen hun har fordypet seg i som heter Embodied Flow™. Embodied Flow™ er en yogapraksis som integrerer prinsipper fra hatha-yoga med filosofien til Tantra, kroppsbevissthetsøvelser inspirert av Body-Mind Centering, bevegelsesutforskninger basert på somatisk psykologi, samt en rekke andre tilnærminger som beriker våre levde opplevelser.  Når Ida ikke er på Kjernekraft og underviser eller gjør administrasjonsarbeid går hun tur med hunden sin, er i badstuen ved Oslofjorden, eller på småbruket sitt for å koble av eller luke i grønnsakene. Hun trives best i varmere strøk, men er veldig glad i de forskjellige årstidene her i Norge også.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Carlas timer har alltid en dose humor, selvironi og latter på lur. Hun utfordrer, men tilpasser individuelt og har inngående kunnskap om anatomi og bevegelse som inspirerer. Carla underviser Pilates både i gruppetimer og privattimer. Hun startet sin Pilates karriere i Washington DC hvor hun studerte Comprehensive Teacher Training ved BASI International. I senere tid har hun fullført et bridging program for Reformer med Balanced Body. Hun har bakgrunn fra kampsport (Internal Martial Arts), og utdannelse innen Akupressur og NKT (Neuro Kinetic Theraphy). Carla brenner for Pilates, og det smitter.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Gry har bakgrunn som profesjonell danser i Norge og utlandet i over 30 år, og brenner for at du skal oppleve gleden ved å ta vare på både kropp og sjel - og på en trygg måte nå nye nivåer av styrke, utholdenhet og fleksibilitet. Med sin kunnskap om anatomi, bevegelse og funksjon håper hun å kunne hjelpe deg å avdekke årsaken til akkurat dine utfordringer, slik at du kan bygge din egen verktøykasse for å ta best mulig vare på deg selv. Hun har undervist yoga siden 2014 og pilates siden 2007, og har over 1000 timer med utdannelse i yoga, og er sertifisert Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist. I tillegg er hun utdannet innen Anatomy Trains Strukturell Balansering - en form for manuell terapi som behandler kroppens bindevev med et helhetlig utgangspunkt i holdnings- og bevegelsesmønstre. Hun underviser nå i anatomi og yoga på Kunsthøgskolen i Oslo og Spin Off forstudium i dans. Gry jobber med aktive dansere, stillesittende kontorarbeidere og alt der imellom. Hun bruker sin erfaring fra yoga, dans, pilates, mindfulness, bindevevsterapi, strukturell integrering og nevrologisk omprogrammering for å hjelpe deg å skape positive og varige endringer og økt livskvalitet. Hennes tilnærming er både detaljorientert og helhetlig, bevisst og lekfull.</image:caption>

Timene er en god blanding av alignmentbasert yoga &amp; mindful pust, kreative sekvenser, og dryss av meditasjon og fri intuitiv bevegelse. Du vil bruke hele kroppen under timen, og etter timen vil du oppleve en dypere kontakt med deg selv og en følelse av indre ro. Hennes hovedinteresse ligger i kombinasjonen yoga + embodiment som har vært hennes vei til opplevelsen av større frihet, trygghet og glede i livet. Hun fasiliterer timer på en åpen, varm og inkluderende måte. Ida har nå over 1000RYT timer bak seg siden hun fullførte sin første utdanning i yoga i 2010, og med sin nysgjerrighet for å finne kjernen av yoga har hun studert og praktisert en rekke forskjellige retninger – fra den presise og allignmentbaserte retningen Iyengar, til den intense disiplinen Ashtanga, til kreative og moderne retningen Embodied FlowTM. Hun underviser i tillegg Yin yoga, barselyoga og barneyoga. Hun tilbyr også en-til-en timer for deg som ønsker eksklusiv tid alene med en yogalærer.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Kolbjørn Vårdal - Kolbjørn Vårdal</image:title>
      <image:caption>Kolbjørn er en engasjert lærer som legger vekt på å formidle nysgjerrighet og glede over å bruke egen kropp. Han har en spesiell interesse for hvordan fysisk trening og kroppsbevissthet kan utvikle motstandsdyktighet for stress og traumer. Med bakgrunn fra dans utdannet han seg innenfor kroppspsykoterapi og pedagogikk for deretter å fordype seg i stress og traumeforskning som endte i en mastergrad i 2019. Siden 2017 har han også holdt på med en videreutdanning innenfor nevrologisk basert trening ved Z-Health Performance Institute. I 2023 startet Kolbjørn med Pilates utdanning hos Pilates E-Motion og har gjennomført Mat-Reformer 1 og 2 samt CBC 1 og 2. Kolbjørn ser på individuell tilpasset nevrologisk basert trening som en nøkkel til å utvikle solide motoriske grunnferdigheter for en bevegelsespraksis som for eksempel Yoga eller Pilates. Ved å trene i samsvar med nervesystemets prinsipper styrkes også kroppens evne til å mestre både fysisk og psykisk stress. Med bakgrunn i dette har Kolbjørn utviklet en metodikk (Neuro Resilience Exercises) for å utvikle motstandsdyktighet mot stress og traumer. Kolbjørn har undervist og veiledet om sammenhengen mellom kropp og psyke i over 20 år ved forskjellige psykoterapi utdannelser og institusjoner i Skandinavia. Han er medutvikler av psykoterapisystemet Relasjonell Traume Terapi. Kolbjørn har en privat praksis på Kjernekraft i Oslo med individuell og gruppebasert nevrologisk trening og veiledning innenfor traumer og psykoterapi.</image:caption>

Hun er opptatt av å skape et trygt rom hvor man får mulighet til å jobbe mot å oppnå ny styrke, mer fleksibilitet og utholdenhet. Timene hennes har fokus på flyt og pust, og har som mål at man skal kjenne på mestringsfølelse både under og etter å ha tatt klasse.  Fanny har jobbet med et bredt spekter av aldersgrupper, behov og nivå - alt fra aktive dansere til mer stillesittende kontorarbeidere.  Hun jobber for tiden på danseutdanningen Spin Off forstudium i dans, hvor hun underviser elevene i bla. Pilates, skadeforebygging, praktisk anatomi og avspenning - uttøyning, i tillegg til administrative oppgaver. Hun har siden 2018 undervist aktivt ved flere studioer i Oslo, både i Pilates, Reformer og Barre. Hun ønsker at matten skal være et sted der du kan puste ut, kjenne deg hjemme og gjennom en myk, leken nysgjerrighet utforske både praksisen din og livet selv. Kristina har en helhetlig tilnærming til bevegelse og mennesket. Undervisningen hennes er formet av nysgjerrighet, åpenhet og en dyp respekt for kroppens egen intelligens. Hun mener at den viktigste – og noen ganger vanskeligste – jobben er simpelthen å møte opp på matta. Når vi gjør det, faller resten lettere på plass. Hun har en rekke utdannelser innen yoga og bevegelse, blant annet Vinyasa, Yin og avansert fasciabasert bevegelseslære (FAMO). Kristina lar seg inspirere på tvers av tradisjoner, filosofier og bevegelsesmodeller, noe som gjenspeiles i måten hun bygger opp vinyasa-timene sine.</image:caption>

Hun har undervist yin yoga med en somatisk tilnærming i mange år, og er en praktiserende yoga-, kampsport- og pilatesentusiast.  Veronica er utdannet i kunst fra Central Saint Martins i London og innen dans og koreografi fra Skolen for Samtidsdans i Oslo. Hennes yogautdannelser har hun fra Cecile Roubaud, Eight Treasures Yoga, Yoga Medicine, My Vinyasa, i tillegg til bodywork og massasje fra Axelsons og pilates fra BASI. På Kjernekraft underviser hun Yin Yoga, med et anatomisk, meditativt og tilstedeværende fokus.</image:caption>

Hun har praktisert Pilates i over 25 år og begynte å trene med moren sin, Helen Drusine, en av de originale pilatesinstruktørene som studerte med Joseph Pilates selv. Cyrena er sertifisert i Pilates Mat fra Power Pilates, og fullførte sin utdannelse med Roberta Kirshenbaum ved Rolates Pilates, det originale Joseph Pilates studioet i New York City. For Renate har bevegelse og musikk lenge vært kilden til glede, frihet og økt livskvalitet. Hun har selv erfart hvordan nærende og støttende praksiser kan ha en positiv og transformerende effekt på både kropp og sinn. Renate er utdannet innen Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin og Fascia Movement (fasciabasert bevegelse), og vever elementer fra ulike bevegelsesretninger inn i undervisningen.       <image:caption>I Leon sine klasser har du god tid til å utforske og oppleve et bredt spekter av yogastillinger. Det er fokus på å bygge styrke og bevegelighet på en måte som skaper ro i kroppen og sinnet. Leon har praktisert yoga siden 2005 og fullførte Kjernekraft's 200T Yoga Teacher Training i 2024. Han har praktisert Asthanga, Vinyasa, og Hatha. I sin egen praksis har han lenge jobbet med å bygge opp en forståelse av funksjonell anatomi, og hvordan man kan bruke dette til å lage yogasekvenser som utvikler balansert styrke og bevegelighet. Han er interessert i hvordan vi kan bruke meditasjon og bevegelsespraksis til å dyrke tilfredshet. Leon er opptatt av å praktisere og undervise yoga som gjør en positiv forskjell her og nå, og som bidrar til balanse i livet generelt.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Mariamah har vært aktiv innen bevegelse hele livet. Først gjennom mange år med ballet, og deretter gjennom yoga og pilates. I dag er hun Pilateslærer og lærer innen bindevevstrening (fascia) med Slings in Motion. Mariamah har sin pilatesutdannelse fra Pilates E-motion i Italia, hvor matte, reformer og klassiske pilatesapparater inngår i utdanningen. Hun er også utdannet som Slings in Motion lærer gjennom Art of Motion i samarbeid med Bergen Bodywork. Hun har blant annet også kurs i anatomi fra Kjernekraft i Oslo. For Mariamah er bevegelse en nøkkel til glede og livskvalitet. Hun er opptatt av hvordan bevegelse bidrar til selvforståelse, tilstedeværelse og harmoni i kropp og sinn. Undervisningsstilen hennes har fokus på flyt og bevegelse som lar kroppens iboende kunnskap komme til live. Og dette med stor interesse for hvordan et sunt bindevev bidrar!</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Amanda er pilateslærer, opprinnelig fra Sverige, og har praktisert Pilates i Oslo siden 2018. Hun videreutdanner seg i dag ved Pilates E-motion Classical Pilates School, hvor hun jobber med å fordype seg i det klassiske Pilates-systemet og metodens struktur, teknikk og progresjon. Gjennom undervisningen legger Amanda vekt på tydelig formidling, presise instruksjoner og et trygt læringsmiljø. Hun kombinerer faglig ro med et naturlig innslag av humor, og skaper et rom der deltakerne kan utforske bevegelse i eget tempo. I både gruppeundervisning og privattimer er målet hennes å støtte deltakerne i å utvikle bedre kroppskontroll, forståelse av teknikk og en helhetlig tilnærming til Pilates-praksis. Amanda er særlig interessert i hvordan bevisst og strukturert bevegelse kan påvirke både styrke, mobilitet og generell funksjon i hverdagen. Hun jobber systematisk med å tilrettelegge øvelser etter individuelle behov og fokuserer på kvalitet fremfor kvantitet i treningen. Med sin bakgrunn og pågående utdannelse ønsker Amanda å bidra til at flere får erfaring med de fordelene klassisk Pilates kan gi, og til å gjøre metoden tilgjengelig og relevant for et bredt spekter av deltakere.</image:caption>
