We will be using the Magic Circle to find the magic in your movements! 

THE RYTHM IS GONNA GET YOU
Each exercise has its own unique rhythm, not to be confused with speed, and when you understand how to use the rhythm, it is a great tool to help you connect to your center. We will explore exercises around the studio on all pieces of equipment, “getting the rhythm” to get us into the work!

Lesley will also be available for private sessions/assessments Friday and Saturday. This is an opportunity you do not want to miss!
