Pilates Boys at Kjernekraft
18.-20. september
We are so excited to welcome the Pilates Boys from Poland for a weekend full of workshops and private classes.
Adrian and Patryk are highly dedicated Pilates teachers with strong foundations in dance and classical training. Adrian, a former professional dancer with the Polish Dance Theatre, has years of performance and teaching experience, as well as an advanced international Pilates education. Patryk, who has a background in competitive ballroom dance, combines strong athletic discipline with a rapidly developing expertise in the classical Pilates method. Both have completed comprehensive teacher training programs and continue to refine their skills under renowned mentors, such as Gloria Gasperi and Lesley Bell. Together, they lead the official Pilates E-Motion training center in Poland.
Here is the schedule for the weekend. They will also be available for private lessons.
Saturday 19 sept:
9:00-9:45 MAT CLASS NOK 300 (Adrian Radwanski)
10:00-13:00 INTO THE WORK NOK 1700 (Patryk Nowak)
What does it really mean to do Pilates?
In this workshop, we will move beyond the exercises and explore the principles that bring The Work to life. Through the lens of the Classical Pilates system, we will investigate how connection, direction, and whole-body integration create meaningful movement.
Using exercises from the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, and Barrels, we will examine how each piece of the system prepares and informs the next. Rather than chasing shapes or perfection, we will focus on understanding the relationships within The Work—how the body organizes itself through movement and how every exercise becomes a conversation within the whole system.
A workshop for teachers and practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of Pilates from the inside out.
Sunday 20. sept:
10-10:45 MAT CLASS NOK 300 (Patryk Nowak)
11:00-14:00 THE SYSTEM FROM HEAD TO TOE NOK 1700 (Adrian Radwanski)
The System from Head to Toe
The small apparatuses of the Pilates system are often overlooked, yet they reveal some of the deepest insights into Joseph Pilates’ work. In this workshop, we will explore how tools such as the Neck Stretcher, Breath-A-Cizer, Toe Corrector, Foot Corrector, and Finger Exerciser support the organization of the entire body.
Far more than isolated strengthening devices, these apparatuses teach connection, precision, and awareness from head to toe. We will investigate how the smallest actions in the feet, hands, breath, and neck influence the body’s overall coordination, balance, and movement efficiency.
This workshop is designed for teachers and practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of the Classical Pilates system and discover how these often-forgotten tools can transform the way we approach movement, integration, and whole-body function.
